At Medspa MD Group, we are committed to providing exceptional non-surgical aesthetic services with transparency and professionalism. Please review our refund and cancellation policy prior to booking.

Deposits and Consultation Fees

All deposits and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to both in-person and virtual consultations, as well as any service appointment requiring a deposit.

Prepaid Services and Packages

Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable once purchased. These cannot be exchanged for other services or credits unless explicitly approved by management.

Services Rendered

Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, including dissatisfaction with results. Outcomes may vary based on individual factors, and our providers always strive to deliver the highest standard of care.

Missed Appointments, Late Arrivals, and Cancellations

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
No-shows or cancellations made without sufficient notice may also result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee, as outlined in our scheduling policy.

Transferring Appointments

Prepaid services and appointments are non-transferable, unless explicitly approved by management in advance.
